Option 1

 

The option provides you with Personality Profile Reports and 30 minute phone or personal consultation. The report is completed online and comprises 24 multiple-choice questions.  This assessment is the foundation report recommended for anyone interested in exploring self-analysis regarding their career. Includes analysis of the following reports:

 

• Personality Profile Analysis  (Assessment of working strengths, fears, motivators and the value that person brings to an employer)

• Graphs and Scores   (Assess behavioral preferences in three graphs: Self Image, Behavior Under Pressure and Work Mask)

• Interviewer’s Guide   (Generates questions for use in an interview scenario based on profile results)

• Candidate Feedback   (Provides general overview of the persons characteristics)

Option 2

 

1 on 1 program combining a personal career review, from a recruiter’s perspective, including psychometric testing and career analysis. This option measures your performance against BDO Recruitment’s Candidate Attributes Criteria.  This provides the feedback to empower you to develop your action plan.

Detailed program involving three 1 on 1 meetings (including two practice interviews), feedback from a recruiter’s perspective on performance, psychometric testing, assessment on overall preparation for interview, career analysis, development and improvement of your career plan.
